What fabrics do you use?
Our garments are made using natural, breathable materials like linen, hemp, and cotton blends. Each product page outlines the fabric used.
Are your fabrics certified or safe for sensitive skin?
Some of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning they've been tested for harmful substances. Check individual product pages for details.
Is Emmie Lane a sustainable brand?
Yes. We focus on quality, natural fabrics, minimal waste, and ethical production. Many garments are made to order to reduce overproduction.
What does made to order mean?
We only cut and sew garments after your order is placed. This reduces waste and allows us to check every item carefully before sending it out.
Where are your clothes made?
Our garments are designed in Australia. Production is split between our Australian sewing team and an ethical partner in Bali.
Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order garments are typically sewn and sent within 7–10 business days.
Do you offer international and express shipping?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Express options are available at checkout depending on your location.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on full-priced, ready-to-ship items within 14 days. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Can I return a made-to-order item or something on sale?
Made-to-order and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
What happens if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Do you offer wholesale?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have a minimum order requirement which varies depending on the product and collection. We'll provide full details once you get in touch.
Can I order made-to-order pieces wholesale?
In some cases, yes. We offer made-to-order options for selected pieces, depending on volume and timeframe.
Do you work with international stockists?
Absolutely — we're open to partnering with international stores and will advise on shipping and logistics.
Can I request custom colours or exclusive styles?
We're happy to explore exclusive colourways or styles for wholesale clients where possible.
